Mar y Playa ligt midden in Figueretas, tegenover het strand. Het grootste deel van de appartementen bevindt zich in het hoofdgebouw direct aan de boulevard. Een klein deel ligt in het bijgebouw achter het hoofdgebouw. De comfortabele appartementen zijn netjes ingericht en kijken uit op het zwembad of (gedeeltelijk) op zee. Voor een frisse duik is er een zwembad en ben je graag sportief bezig dan kun je terecht in de fitnessruimte in het bijgebouw. Voor kinderen is er een klein kinderbadje.Op het zonneterras kun je heerlijk genieten van de zon. De cafetaria, die direct naast het zonneterras ligt, zorgt voor koele drankjes en heerlijk eten. Het terras van de cafetaria kijkt uit over de flanerende mensen op de boulevard. Erg leuk om hier te zitten! Op de boulevard vind je ook nog een aantal andere restaurantjes en Ibiza-stad bereik je al na ongeveer 20 minuten wandelen.
