The beautiful beach of Cala Montgo is not far and can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.   This holiday home in the Puig Sec district is located on the edge of the forest and from the terrace you have a view over the woods to the sea!   Inside you have three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have a double bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds.   The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and oven.   The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite reception.   Outside on private property there is room to park 2 to 3 cars. At the rear is the beautiful furnished terrace with the private pool and barbecue.   There is plenty to do in the area. There are beautiful golf courses and diving spots, you can cycle / mountain bike and of course l'Escala is a very pleasant village with nice restaurants, terraces, beaches and shops. In Figueras is the beautiful museum of the artist Salvador Dalí. And the cities of Girona and Barcelona are also easily accessible. Villa Riells in l'Escala is only 400 meters from the beautiful long beach of Riells! The detached house is suitable for 9 people and has a beautiful private swimming pool.   This holiday home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage, living-dining room, kitchen and several terraces.   With the boulevard, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity, you can leave the car behind for the entire holiday if you want. But then you miss the nice things in the region, such as the Dalí museum in Figueres, the Greek excavation Empuries, the picturesque Cadaques and Begur, the beautiful golf courses in the area and the Pyrenees inland.   On the ground floor is the living-dining room, equipped with TV with satellite reception. From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace and you have a view of the beautiful swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. This modern exclusive apartment is located directly on the beach of the beautiful bay Cala Montgó near L'Escala, on the Costa Brava. An ideal place for a holiday without worries.   You enter by parking the car in your garage on the 2nd floor, so no parking problems. This is also the top floor of the building and the floor where the living area of the apartment is located. The spacious living-dining room connects directly to the large terrace, from which you have a great view of the beach and the beautiful bay. The open kitchen is of course equipped with all modern conveniences and the living room has a large TV with satellite reception.   Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Cala Montgó has a spacious sandy beach, with a generally calm sea, where you can do SUPing, among other things. But canoeing, snorkeling or diving is also popular here. There are several restaurants and a nice beach bar on the beach.   The old center of L'Escala is approximately 3.5 km away and is very atmospheric and cozy! A little further away are the Roman excavations of Empurias, which are well worth a visit. 30 km inland is the town of Figueras, with the famous Salvador Dalí museum. Cadaques, a little further north, is also very nice to visit.
